Overview
Construct one High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) direct connector in each direction closing the gap between the SR-60 westbound HOV lane in Moreno Valley and the 60/215 eastbound HOV lane. Modify and realign north 215/Box Springs ramp. Realign and widen Box Springs Road to four lanes.
