Metrolink will make attending the 26th Annual Festival of Lights at the Mission Inn in Riverside more fun and convenient by offering special trains from Nov. 23 through Dec.15.

The Riverside County Transportation Commission will be conducting partial closures of the 91 Express Lanes and general use lanes for three to four upcoming weekends, starting tonight.
