ABOUT THE PROJECT
RCTC and the City of Beaumont, in partnership with Caltrans, is constructing “Phase II” of the SR-60/Potrero Boulevard Interchange Project. This phase includes construction of a six-ramp partial cloverleaf interchange, realignment of Western Knolls Avenue, and widening Potrero Boulevard to six lanes.
Construction will begin in 2026, and the new interchange is expected to open to drivers in 2028. For more information, visit the project webpage.
