The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), in collaboration with Caltrans, the City of Corona, Riverside Transit Agency, and Metrolink, is proposing the 15/91 Express Transit Connector (ETC) Project which aims to enhance transit connectivity and HOV access between the 91 Express Lanes and the City of Corona, specifically, the Corona-North Main Metrolink Station and the adjacent Corona Transit Station and Park & Ride Lot.
