Flood & Blowsand Control

The Traffic Relief Plan (TRP) is a comprehensive strategy to repair roads, reduce congestion, complete long-needed freeway projects, and improve safe, reliable travel options across Riverside County. The TRP ensures that our roads, bridges, and infrastructure are able to withstand natural hazards like earthquakes, floods, and blowsand.
