RCTC plans and implements transportation and transit improvements, assists local governments with money for streets and roads, helps smooth the way for commuters and goods movement, and ensures that everyone in Riverside County has access to transportation.

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC). We are committed to providing an equal opportunity for all business enterprises to participate in our procurement and contracting activities.

RCTC uses PlanetBids, a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system.

Whether you are a new vendor with RCTC or an existing vendor, you must register your firm in order to receive contracting notifications.  Prospective Bidders are solely responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate information. Vendors may edit their profile at any time. Prospective Bidders are solely responsible for contacting PlanetBids directly for technical assistance.
