RCTC has been the project lead for development, design, and construction of the Perris Station Transit Center located on South C Street between West 4th and West San Jacinto Avenue in Perris. This project is jointly funded by the Riverside Transit Agency and RCTC using federal, state and local funding.

Phase I of the project, now complete, includes eight bus bays with a 141 space Park and Ride lot. Phase II will be the development of the Metrolink station for the Perris Valley Line service, programmed for completion in late 2012.
