Truck Bypass Lanes Open on Interstate 215

On April 11, 2008, Caltrans held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Interstate 215 Truck Bypass Lane located near Box Springs Road.

The truck bypass lanes will allow a smooth transition for truck traffic traveling east bound on State Route 60 and south bound on the I-215.

This project is one of the several projects associated with the 60/91/215 Interchange improvements.  Caltrans expects to have the remaining ancillary projects completed by the Summer of 2008.
