The Riverside County Transportation Commission meets on the second Wednesday of every month in the Riverside County Administrative Center, Board Room (first floor), located at 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside at 9:30 a.m. For past Commission agendas, click here.
Budget and Implementation (Current Agenda)
Oversees budgetary and financial matters of the Commission as well as construction contracts, grant allocations, and motorist assistance programs. Meets at 9:30 a.m., fourth Monday of every month.
Plans and Programs (Current Agenda)
Oversees planning and Commission programs such as transit services, state and federal project funding, and commuter assistance. Meets at 1:30 p.m., fourth Monday of every month.
Transit Policy Committee (Current Agenda)
Provides policy direction to transit operators and is charged with bringing a regional perspective to transit. Meets at 10:00 a.m., third Thursday on a quarterly basis.
Property Committee (Current Agenda)
Reviews and approves right-of-way acquisition of properties as it relates to capital projects including highway projects, train stations and the San Jacinto Branch line. The Commission Chair appoints members of the Property Committee. Meets at 12:30 pm., fourth Monday of every month.
Executive Committee (Current Agenda)
Reviews and makes final decisions on personnel issues and office operational matters. The committee is composed of the Chair, 1st and 2nd Vice Chairs, Past Chair, a representative of Western Riverside, Mid Valley, Coachella and Palo Verde Valley areas, and the Board of Supervisors. Meets at 9:00 a.m., second Wednesday of every month.
Citizens Advisory Committee (Current Agenda)
Comprised of citizen members appointed by the Commission. Meets quarterly.
Technical Advisory Committee (Current Agenda)
Comprised of city and county public works directors or city managers. Meets third Monday of every month.
