RCTC is in the process of programming all of the projects listed in the extension of Measure A (Extended Measure A Ordinance/ Map). The following highway projects have been recently identified and are being programmed:

State Route 91

Add one lane in each direction from Pierce Street to Orange County line

State Route 91/Interstate 15 Interchange

Add new connector at interchange from Interstate 15 north to 91 west

State Route 91/71 Interchange

Improve interchange

State Route 71

Widen to three lanes in each direction from SR 91 to San Bernardino County line.

State Route 60

Add truck-climbing lane, Badlands area, east of Moreno Valley

State Route 79

Realign highway, Gilman Springs Road to Domenigoni Parkway

Widen to three lanes in each direction from SR 91 to San Bernardino County line

Interstate 215

Add two lanes in each direction from 60/91/215 to San Bernardino County line

Interstate 215

Add one lane in each direction from Eucalyptus Avenue to Interstate 15

Interstate 15

Add one lane in each direction from SR 60 to San Diego County line.

Interstate 10

Add eastbound truck climbing lane, San Bernardino County line to Banning

Interstate 10/State Route 60 Interchange

Construct new interchange
