From the junction with State Route 60 in the Pass area, I-10 in Riverside County travels east through the Coachella Valley to the border with Arizona. While I-10 was not specifically identified for Measure A funding, several key interchanges in the Coachella Valley serving major regional arterials were listed for improvement.
