
RCTC contracts with the private sector for construction, professional, and supply services. Qualified vendors able to fulfill the specifications and meet the terms and conditions required are encouraged to submit bids/offers in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), or Invitation for Bids (IFBs).
All solicitations include details regarding the project, needed services, qualifications, timeline, and the requirements for successful proposers. It is the proposer's responsibility to ensure that a bid or proposal is received by the Commission prior to the time and date specified.

Conflict of Interest Policy
All RCTC contractors are required to comply with the Commission's adopted Conflict of Interest Policy and with state laws that ensure integrity in the contracting process.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program
RCTC welcomes and encourages bid proposals from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). RCTC is a member agency of the Statewide Unified Certification Program. DBE certificates from any of the certifying member agencies under the Statewide Unified Certification Program Disadvantaged Business Enterprise are accepted by RCTC. Vendors requesting any information or having questions regarding RCTC's DBE Program or the Statewide Unified Certification Program should contact RCTC's DBE Liaison Officer.
